Miami’s Healthy Restaurant Has a New Location

Pura Vida, a restaurant with a mission to establish a standard of health and welnnes, opened its new location in West Boca Raton last month, spreading its presence in Palm Beach County.


The Miami-based health-focused eater offers salads, bowls, coffee, treats and all-day breakfast. With a diverse menu that includes vegan and gluten-free options, Pura Vida ensures that every dietary preference is able to be met.


Popular items include the ponzu tuna sandwich, the free-range grilled chicken salad and an assortment of cold-pressed juices and shots.


“We are officially open in West Boca! Thanks to all our friends, family and the warm community of Boca who came out to celebrate!” said Jennifer Horev, the cofounder of Pura Vida. “Let’s keep building our dream of making healthy, high-quality food accessible for everyone.”


Pura Vida has firmly established its presence across South Florida with a total of 17 locations in areas like Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach and Wellington. It has become a go-to destination for health-conscious diners throughout South Florida.

Open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Pura Vida’s new location in West Boca Raton aims to become the go-to restaurant for a fresh and wholesome dining experience.


“I’m absolutely thrilled that Pura Vida is now located in Boca; it’s been one of my go-to spots in Miami.” said Christian Carden, a Lynn senior.
