Residence Halls at Lynn

A Mini Tropical Paradise Away From Home

Lynn University offers students a vibrant college experience while being away from home.

Its campus is home to six residence halls, offering a variety of housing arrangements from cozy single rooms to spacious suites. These options cater to students’ diverse needs and preferences to make everyone, from all over the world, feel at home.

Ordinarily, freshmen are placed in a double occupancy room and as they progress, they can opt for suite-style dorms when they become upperclassmen.

Lynn is committed to ensuring that dorm-style living is as comfortable and convenient as possible. The university provides free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and laundry facilities in each building along with several other modern amenities.

“It definitely feels more open and more at home because I am not stuck in a little room,” said Briana Durbin, a senior living in Capstone Apartments. “My favorite part about living in Capstone is the apartment-style dorms; it makes me feel more mature.”

Capstone offers students studios, in addition to two- and four-bedroom apartments featuring private bathrooms and a full kitchen. This allows students to get a feel of what adulthood will be like.

“Sharing a room kind of forces you to make friends and become social,” said Bianca Pecunia, a freshman.

Lynn is a tight-knit community with 3,500 students and counting. That small college environment allows students to make friends more easily.

Having a roommate, from over 100 countries and 50 states, is just one of the many ways Lynn helps cultivate new friendships and inclusivity among students.
