Apple announced they are making four different versions of the iPhone 13, including the iPhone 13 mini, which as the name suggests, will be a smaller version.

The announcement of Apple’s iPhone 13 excited individuals all over the world, especially college students who often use Apple products for school work and social life.

“I’m excited to get the iPhone 13 because of the camera it has,” said Julian Yescas. “Apple is trying to push the boundaries with their iPhone 13 camera.”

For some students, the iPhone 13 mini is the ideal phone since they would rather have a smaller device that is more convenient than the Pro and Max.

“I do prefer smaller iPhones, so I’m glad they’re keeping them; the big ones are annoying to carry around and keep in your pocket, so the smaller ones are useful,” said Padraig O’Sullivan, a Lynn student.

How small is the iPhone 13 mini exactly? And will it have different features compared to the other three versions being released? The iPhone 13 mini is 5.4 inches and will have the same features as the iPhone 13 types. It’s just the size that’s different.

“iPhone 13. The most advanced dual-camera system ever on an iPhone. Lightning-fast A15 Bionic chip. A big leap in battery life. Durable design. Super fast 5G. And a brighter Super Retina XDR display,” is how the phone is described on Apple’s website.

The iPhone 13 mini’s charge is 1.5 hours longer than the previous iPhone 12 mini thanks to the smartphone’s A15 processor. The A15 is a powerful processor that’s said to make the iPhone 13 feel faster than any of its predecessors.

Many college students are eager to buy the iPhone 13 mini, which will give them all the features they desire in a size that works best for them.
