Don Chepo’s Taco Shop, a newspot with delightful options for all, recently opened in The Boardwalk at Boca Raton.

The fresh taco restaurant is styled after the initial location, which opened in Wellington more than one year ago. The shop garnered success with its house-made, street- style tacos in North Palm Beach County, leading the restaurant to expand its flavor south.

“For those Mexican food lovers out there, this is the place to visit at least once,” said Becca Feldman, local vegan food blogger. “They have great vegetarian and veganoptions as well. That’s what makes them so unique; it’s hard to findauthentic Mexican food with such an inclusive menu.”

Chef and owner Dustin Parfitt, alongside his business partner Juan Gando, offer a diverse menu. Featuring fresh in-house corntortillas, Chepo’s dishes can meetany dietary need.

The extensive menu offers appetizers, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, platters and desserts.In fact, Don Chepo’s dessert sectionhas grown in popularity in recent months. One of the most popular desserts the location offers is the Apple Taco, consisting of two crispy spiced tacos, warm apple centers and silky smooth vanilla ice cream.
