GET EGG-CITED FOR YOLK

Lynn students will have a new location to get their all-day breakfast fix. A Chicago brunch chain, Yolk, has announced its plans to arrive in South Florida in the winter. 

Floridians will be treated to two “egg-centric” locations, one in Lynn’s backyard in Boca and the other on Brickell. The Boca restaurant will be located at Park Place Plaza on Military Trail.

This plaza is home to several popular restaurant chains including Chipotle, Raw Juce, Phenomenon, Fresh Kitchen and Fresh Market, ideally located for college students. “I could eat every meal in this plaza, it’s financially dangerous how close I live to it,” said Julia Miller, senior.  

As for the menu, Yolk showcases just about every breakfast dish imaginable. Items include multiple types of Eggs Benedict, omelets, breakfast crepes and pancakes.  

“No matter what types of food you enjoy, you will leave this restaurant satisfied,” said Alexa Gianetti, customer. 

If you are not a fan of breakfast food, there is still an extensive lunch menu from which to choose. 

“Now I can party all night in Miami and wake up to amazing brunch before heading back home,” said Dillon Fenner, FAU student.

The Boca Raton location is projected to open late December 2018, followed by the opening of the Brickell location projected to open in January 2019.
