Casa Mannabliss recently opened its doors in September becoming one of Delray Beach’s newest yoga studios.
According to a number of their clients, the studio provides a unique experience by offering a wide array of classes. Casa Manabliss effectively competes with other top yoga establishments in the area.
“Casa Manabliss has opened my mind and body to a whole different way of life. I want others to enjoy the warm, peaceful feeling I felt when I was in class,” said Lizzie Johnson, senior. “I have found a place that helped me find inner peace during a difficult time in my life.”
The new conscious-living center offers a variety of classes including: yoga, meditation, teen yoga and teacher training. Also, Casa Mannabliss is partnering up with local Delray businesses to focus on achieving a healthier and happy lifestyle. While maintaining such a lifestyle may prove difficult for some, this facility sees the value in incorporating multiple parties, including JuiceBuzz, to create a change.
“It’s a conscious-living community center, inviting everyone to the space and filled with love and magic for all ages,” said Jessica Pfeffer, owner of JuiceBuzz. “They present co-op opportunities where they sell [our] organic, cold-pressed juices and Meraki Apparel as well.”
The staff at Manabliss is eager to change lives daily. The instructors hope to radiate positive energy and a sense of peace with each class held at the studio.
Although each teacher offers different flows and styles of teaching, all encourage individuals to try every class to familiarize themselves with the programs available. Classes are held indoors and outdoors to switch up the scenery.
Now that Manabliss is officially open to the community, the owner hopes to utilize the facility’s expansive class structure to forever alter lives in the local community. To learn more about the yoga facility, please visit: www.casamannabliss. com or call (561) 455-4882.
