Burton’s Bar and Grill opened their newest and largest location at Boca Raton’s new Park Place shopping center. As they brought the popular chain down to Florida, this restaurant marks its fourteenth location around the U.S.

“Consistency, integrity and passion guide us toward one simple goal: delight every guest, one at a time,” said Burton’s Grill and Bar Founder, President and CEO, Kevin Harron. “As we bring our largest restaurant to Florida, marking our 14th location, we’re looking forward to continuing to inspire our guests’ loyalty in the tradition of longtime neighborhood favorites.”

“The healthy food option was something that caught my attention since the beginning,” said Maria Oliva, customer. “It’s good to know that there is a new healthy choice here in Boca.”

With a flexible menu, fit to serve a variety of needs, Burtons offers vegetarian, paleo and gluten free options, as well as half portions. They will also modify their menu options to fit any customer’s preferences.

“Taking care of guests who have special needs or diets just feels right to us,” said Harron. “We do our best to be ‘best in class’ by making everyone happy to be here.”

The 6,460 square foot space was created in collaboration with Niemitz Design Group. Burton’s serves lunch and dinner in addition to weekend brunch specials.

“Great service and fine food, for a new restaurant they came really prepared to make a great first impression,” said Maria Jose Nieto, customer.

“The restaurant [has] a total seating capacity of 248 indoors, including 173 dining room seats and 31 seats at the bar,” said Harron. “Including an outdoor patio complete with a water feature will accommodate an additional 75 guests at dining tables and a soft-seating area, plus 11 at the bar.”

Burton’s Grill & Bar hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday, from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday, from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. For reservations or additional information, please visit www.burtonsgrill.com.
