Jeremiah’s Italian Ice first opened in 1996 in Winter Park, Florida. Twenty-five years later, it launched a West Boca location on June 29, 2021.
The popular eatery provides quick if not immediate service, with customers typically not having to wait on long lines. The store offers dine-in, takeout and catering.
The ice cream shop offers over 40 flavors with a few season rotations. Combinations are endless since you can mix gelati, Italian ice and soft serve ice cream.
The staff at Jeremiah’s Italian Ice is friendly, helpful and offers creative suggestions. Free samples are available to those who want to try new flavors.
“We put in extra care and effort to make all our desserts flavorful, rich, creamy, and refreshing.” said Jeremy Litwack, owner of Jeremiah’s Italian Ice. “We are honored to have Lynn students come visit and try out our delicious frozen treats.”
Jeremiah’s is a popular evening stop among Lynn students looking to satisfy their sweet tooth. Freshman Sydni Brown recently visited the Boca location and was impressed with the quality and variety.
According to Brown, “[It] was amazingly good. I really liked the cotton candy flavor the best, but you can’t go wrong with any of the flavors.”
Lynn student Sophia Fuguet, who has visited Jeremiah’s many times for much-needed study breaks, was excited by all the flavors and special promotions that make the frozen treats even more affordable. She is looking forward to returning soon.
“Their Italian ice cream is the best for a hot day,” said Fuguet. “They have a lot of options when it comes to flavors. They give you free ice cream on your birthday.”
Jeremiah’s Italian Ice is located at 8170 Glades Road, a short drive from Lynn’s campus. It’s open daily from 12:00 p.m. to 10 p.m. (and until 11:00 p.m. on weekends).
